Nusret Steak House

Interior architecture for two Nusr-Et steakhouse locations in Turkey—Ankara (2012) and Bodrum (2015)—delivered as full fit-out projects from spatial planning through to construction oversight. Although commissioned by the same client, each restaurant responds to its setting with a distinct atmosphere. The Ankara interior is defined by walnut panelling, bespoke ceiling fixtures and a private dining room centred around an oval table, creating a warm and intimate setting. In Bodrum, the plan opens up, the palette becomes lighter, and the interiors draw on the character of the Aegean coast through natural light and softer finishes. Together, the two projects demonstrate how a consistent design approach can adapt to different locations without losing its identity.
