Nexus Hotel

Concept design and architectural visualisation for a 179-room city hotel, developed as a comprehensive hospitality project for investment and pre-construction planning. The programme includes guest rooms starting at 30 m², a 300-seat restaurant, a lobby designed to accommodate up to 150 guests, and an event hall with capacity for 800 people, suitable for conferences, exhibitions and large-scale social functions. The interior concept establishes a cohesive identity across spaces of very different scales, using a consistent palette of materials, lighting and detailing to create a seamless guest experience. AGA's scope encompassed the complete interior concept together with a full set of photorealistic visualisations, communicating the design in detail before construction commenced.
